Research interests:
Our laboratory work over the last 10 years has centered around fetal lung development and the feasibility of endoscopic fetal surgery. More recently, this research experience has been translated into a clinical application, with the creation of the Fetal Treatment Program at Brown (www.fetal-treatment.org). Other interests include clinical and basic research on twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome, minimally invasive surgery and image display systems for laparoscopic surgery.
