- In vitro transcription on a continuous flow microreactor

-Liquid based bacteria separation using nanoparticles composed of biopolymers with the intention of elucidating the floculation mechanism for these nanoparticles as well as improving their antimicrobial abilities.

-Surfactant self-assembly in microfluidic geometry and their imaging

-Numerical and analytical optimization of transport phenomena in microfluidic device (biofuel cell and PCR)

-Protein unfolding pathway detection in microfluidic device
