20^th North American Conference on Molecular Beam Epitaxy

Invitation to sponsor NA-MBE events:

The Conference Committee would like to extend an invitation to all vendors interested in sponsoring an event at the 20th North American Conference on Molecular Beam Epitaxy that will take place October 1 through 3, 2001 at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. 

Vendors have always been an important part of the NAMBE meeting, and we are continuing our efforts to maximize the interactions between vendors and users.  We are proposing a series of sponsorships at a cost of $500 each.  For each sponsorship, you (the vendor) will receive mention in the final program and on a display card showing your name and logo during the sponsored event.  The sponsorships are as follows: 

Welcoming reception                          two sponsorships

Continental breakfast                          three sponsorships (one each Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday)

Coffee breaks                                        five sponsorships (two each Monday and Tuesday, and one Wed.)

Lunch breaks                                        six sponsorships (two each Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday)

Social hour before Banquet                two sponsorships

Wine during the Banquet                   one sponsorship

Conference bag                                    five sponsorships

NAMBE T-shirt                                    two sponsorships

These sponsorships are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
