20th
North American Conference on Molecular Beam Epitaxy
October
1-3, 2001
Invitation to all Exhibitors:
The Conference Committee would like to extend an invitation to all exhibitors
interested in showcasing their products and services at the 20th North
American Conference on Molecular Beam Epitaxy that will take place October 1
thorough 3, 2001 at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. The Exhibition will be open October 1 through 3, 2001.
The Commercial Exhibition has always been an important part of the NAMBE
meeting and this year we are making every effort to maximize the interactions
between vendors and the MBE users. We
encourage companies offering innovative products in this field to seize the
opportunity to exhibit. Exhibits
allow the attendees to compare many complementary technologies and provide
companies with the marketing exposure and format to promote existing
technology. Equally important,
the technical sessions have always been a great source of inspiration to the
vendors, showing emerging trends as well as pointing to successful future
products and potential customers.
A limited number of exhibit booths located
in the Andrews Dining Hall are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The exhibit hall is adjacent to Alumnae Hall, which will host the
technical sessions. The
continental breakfasts and all refreshment breaks will be served in the
exhibit venue. The booths closest
to the entrances will be given out first, unless other specific requests
accompany the application for exhibit space.
Priority will be determined by the date the payment is received.
The cost of one booth is $1000, which includes one complimentary
conference registration, conference program, scientific proceedings, and
invitation to the banquet. Also
included will be a 30" x 72" draped table, 2 chairs, general
lighting, heating/cooling, and one standard electrical power outlet.
All prices include taxes. Confirmation
of acceptance of your booth
application will be made following receipt of your completed "Application
for Exhibit Space" and your payment.
If a drayage company is contracted, the following conditions must be met:
(1) all of the freight will be delivered by the drayage company to
Brown University; (2) the drayage company will be responsible for booth set-up
and removal of all empty crates, cases, or containers for the University
during and following the exhibit; (3)
clean-up of the exhibit space will be the responsibility of the drayage
company. Failure to comply with
these conditions will result in additional charges for cleaning.
Any freight shipped to Brown University will be assessed a handling fee
of $40 per 100 pounds, minimum charge of $80, payable by the exhibitor.
Cancellation policy:
Refunds for booth payments will be issued up to July 20, 2001 less an
administrative fee of $100. No
refunds will be considered after July 20, 2001.
