Booth Rental

Read the Invitation to Exhibitors and fill out an Application for Exhibit Space.  Booth rental is $1000, first-come first-served.  The cost includes one complimentary conference registration, conference program, scientific proceedings, and invitation to the banquet.  Also included will be a 30" x 72" draped table and  2 chairs.  A preliminary layout plan for the exhibition venue in the Andrews Dining Hall is provided for reference. 

Vendor Exhibit Shipping

Any freight shipped to Brown University will be assessed a handling fee.  Please see the Invitation to Exhibitors for details.

Electricity Service

One standard electrical outlet will be provided per booth.  For additional needs, contact the conference coordinator.

Cancellation Policy 

 Refunds for booth payments will be issued up to July 20, 2001 less an administrative fee of $100.  No refunds will be considered after July 20, 2001.
