CONFERENCE MANUSCRIPT PROCESS All contributors are expected to submit manuscripts at the time of the meeting. As in the past, a conference volume will be published in the Journal of Vacuum Science and Technology B. However, due to recent policy changes at AVS, conference manuscripts are now subject to the following conditions: 1. The editorial review process will be managed by JVST B editorial staff. The conference organizers are asked to recommend four reviewers for each paper, with no person being suggested as a reviewer more than twice. 2. Authors of all accepted papers (not the conference) will be required to pay their page charges prior to publication
