Some conference expenses are partly (but not fully) offset by vendor sponsorships.  The registration fee includes the conference program, scientific proceedings, welcoming reception, continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks and social hours, lunches, and one invitation to the banquet.  Additional banquet tickets may be purchased at the registration desk for $50. 

Refunds of the registration fee after 9/14/01 will incur a $25 fee.
