Parking is extremely tight on campus and therefore not recommended. A limited number of visitor parking passes may be available for parking at the Athletic Complex lot on Hope St. (See campus map)
On-campus parking is strictly regulated.
Several personal computers with Internet access will be available for conference participants during regular conference hours.
The conference venue is accessible via ramps and pathways. For special needs, please contact Conference Coordination.
Participants should arrange their own health and accident insurance before leaving home through a local travel agent or medical association.
The Conference Coordinator will be pleased to send an official letter of invitation to any individual making such a request. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential attendees to raise travel funds or to obtain a visa. It is not a commitment on the part of the conference organizers to provide any financial assistance.
The Conference fees DO NOT include provisions for the insurance of participants against personal injuries, sickness, theft or property damage. Participants, exhibitors and accompanying persons are advised to arrange for insurance they consider necessary. Neither the Conference Organizing Committee, nor its sponsors or committee members assume any responsibility for loss, injury or damage to persons or belongings, whatever their cause may be.
