Pre-Registration is required on the attached form by Monday September 6, 1999. 
(Invited speakers and young investigators must also fill out the pre-registration form.) 

Registration fee: U.S. $200.00 payable to Brown University and mail to Sue Prendergast address listed below. 
(Invited speakers and young investigators can mark appropriate boxes instead of enclosing the fee; then, it will be deducted from the expense reimbursement .)
