ENGN 1740:  COMPUTER AIDED VISUALIZATION AND DESIGN

(Spring Semester 2009)

Application of computers to the design methods in engineering. Includes hands-on experience in the use of CAD/CAE software packages for geometric modeling, visualization and design. Emphasis is placed on applications to solids and structural problems. Design projects will be carried out, including motion analysis, meshing and Finite Element analysis.
