Laboratory Information
Lab 1 Information 
Time: ~1 hour during the week of October 12 (sign-up sheet to be distributed in class and posted outside BH610)
Objective: to measure the Young's modulus and Poisson's ratio of an elastic material by a simple tension test, and shear modulus by a torsion test. The material to be tested are 2024 Aluminum and Lucite (polycabonate)
